In-Home ABA Therapy
Paving Pathways has great success using Applied Behavior Analysis to help children with autism, severe ADHD, and a wide variety of diagnoses. ABA is scientifically-proven to be highly-effective at teaching children who have a difficult time learning new skills or overcoming challenges
These challenges include, but are not limited to:
- Adjusting to changes in routine
- Going out into the community (e.g. restaurants, stores, medical appointments etc.)
- Eating consistently
- Eating a wide range of foods
- Going to bed/getting ready in the morning
- Getting a haircut
- Daily life skills
- Potty training
If any of these sound familiar to you, your child is likely a candidate for In-Home ABA Therapy. ABA teaches us that the best place for your child to learn new skills and behaviors is in their natural environment. Our programs consist of one-on-one in-home sessions with your child, as well as training for parents and caregivers. We use positive reinforcement to increase skills, reinforce positive behaviors, and reduce challenging behaviors.
We treat parents and caregivers as partners. It is the most effective way to practice ABA, and it is the right thing to do. Our programs have an emphasis on parent and caregiver participation and training. We give you the tools to help your child and as much support as you need.
Programs are designed to meet the needs of your child by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Programming is implemented by a BCBA or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Please see our ABA Therapy Process page (LINK) for information about ABA program design and implementation.
